材料
- 豚肉(しゃぶしゃぶ用)お好きな量
- 料理酒_大さじ2~
- 野菜(レタス、トマトなど)お好きな量
にんじん、きゅうり、紫キャベツ、パプリカなど
カラフルな野菜もオススメ - ドレッシング_胡麻ドレッシングなどお好きなものを
作り方
ボウルに豚肉と料理酒(大さじ2)を入れて合えておく
お肉の量が多い場合、料理酒の量も少し増やす
野菜を食べやすいサイズに切ってお皿に盛り付けておく
フライパンでお湯を沸かす(材料外)
ザルを用意する
沸騰したら、豚肉をしゃぶしゃぶする
豚肉に火が通ったらザルにあげる(冷水には浸さない)お肉を野菜の上に盛り付ける
水気をとったお肉を盛り付けて、お好きなドレッシングをかけて完成

*Cooking sake: start with 2 tablespoons

*Dressing: choose your favorite kind
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the pork slices with 2 tablespoons of cooking sake. If you're using more pork, add a bit more sake.
Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a plate.
Heat some water in a frying pan (this is not listed in the ingredients).
Have a colander ready.
Once the water boils, briefly blanch the pork in the hot water and then immediately transfer it to a colander. (avoid rinsing with cold water).
Place the drained pork on top of the prepared vegetables.
Finish by drizzling your favorite dressing over the pork and veggies.
